I am honoured, humbled, and grateful to have continued opportunities to learn the true history of where I call home, and from those whose ancestors were the First Peoples of these lands. In return, it is my responsibility to advocate for and take personal steps towards reconciliation so that our collective present and future can be brighter than our past.
